Using our 20 years of experience in document management we partner a number
of major organisations providing;
Automated document scanning and data capture services specialising in
invoice processing (to feed AP systems and ebilling hubs); Mailroom management (electronic distribution of incoming post); Compiance process management (FSA and HMR&C rules), Sales Ledger invoices and proof of
delivery; and Customer management.
We deliver documents electronically to offshore (BPO) service providers and provide service delivery performance data and management.
Scanned documents feed into cleint DM systems or we host them. Captured data updates our client systems
(AP / Sales / Client / Member databases)
