End of Shift Report showing how much cash was taken, how much by card payment and the total figure per till. Cashing up can be done on the night and any variances can be checked.
Z Down Report showing total wet takings, total dry takings and total snack takings. Totals of these takings and the total less VAT and how much VAT, together with the average spend per head.
Stock Report listing wet item's print-outs and every drink sold in a set time frame by the Bar Manager. This will help to highlight any variances.
Prices List Report showing all the items on the tills and their prices.
